Bankers Challenge, hosted by the Maryland Bankers Association (MBA), is one of the state’s most dynamic and engaging networking events—bringing together banking professionals from across Maryland for a full day of spirited competition, team-building, and meaningful connection.
Participants take part in a variety of fun and inclusive challenges—like pickleball, cornhole, fishing, and golf—designed to foster team unity, industry collaboration, and lasting professional relationships. Whether you're competing alongside co-workers or mingling with peers from other institutions, Bankers Challenge offers a unique opportunity to strengthen internal bonds, expand your professional network, and celebrate shared success.
The day concludes with an awards reception, where all participants are invited to unwind, recognize achievements, and continue building connections in a festive, relaxed atmosphere.
