Shred It or Dread It!
According to a report from the Federal Trade Commission, identity theft tops the list of consumer complaints. Thieves rob more than 600,000 Americans every year. An FTC survey indicates that the dollar volume for the crime was $52.6 billion in 2004, with much of that cost incurred by businesses. But the consumer also pays. The average victim will spent $1,374 and 175 hours cleaning up their credit reports. It’s not worth it. Help prevent this from happening to you!
