In-Bank Training
- Hire an outside speaker – Pick the topic, time and place and you and your associates can reap the benefits of customized, timely and quality training from some of MBA's best known speakers. Prices vary depending on the speaker selected, seminar materials and program length. The average MBA member cost for a full-day program is $150-$200 per person (with a 20 person minimum) and speaker travel expenses. Not sure whether you have enough people to meet the minimum? Invite other bankers from your area. We'll be happy to help you market the program, book the speaker, make travel arrangements and prepare handout materials. Planning a regional bankers meeting? - On-staff speaker - This option allows a supervisor from your bank the opportunity to teach their own employees. All training materials clearly outline objectives, and all utilize interactive techniques to promote group discussions and activities to reinforce the skills learned. It's far less expensive than investing the time and money needed to design your own training program and you’ll save on travel expenses for speakers and staff.
