On-staff speaker - This option allows a supervisor from your bank the opportunity to teach their own employees. All training materials clearly outline objectives, and all utilize interactive techniques to promote group discussions and activities to reinforce the skills learned. It's far less expensive than investing the time and money needed to design your own training program and you’ll save on travel expenses for speakers and staff.
