Council of Professional Women in Banking & Finance
Giving back to the Maryland community through leadership and inspiration.
On March 1, 2016, the Maryland Bankers Association's (MBA) Council of Professional Women in Banking & Finance launched its 2016 Philanthropy Initiative "Embrace Life, Nurture Success" Food Drive, which ended on April 30, 2016, will contribute to the Maryland Food Bank's mission that together we can improve the lives of Marylanders by ending hunger.
So far the "Embrace Life, Nurture Success" Food Drive has collected over 40,000 pounds of food, and that number is expected to increase since not all results are in yet!
The Maryland Food Bank announced on May 5th that our food drive is the largest food drive for them so far this year! So congratulations to all 30 participating banks and organizations below for this incredible accomplishment! Thank you for your continued work in giving back to the Maryland community to end hunger!!
A final announcement of our food drive results will be made once all numbers are in, so stay tuned. Again, our congratulations to the following banks and organizations below on these amazing results so far.
