Volunteer Nomination Process
MBA’s volunteer structure supports the Association’s core mission areas:
- Advocacy
- Professional Development
- Communication
- Consumer Education
- Member Services
If you want to weigh-in on legislative issues affecting the banking industry or are looking for ways to improve your leadership skills - we want you! If you are seeking a forum to discuss best practices with peers on compliance or security issues or have recommendations for how MBA might broaden its educational offerings - we want you!
Your participation in MBA's councils and committees adds value to your institution’s membership while enhancing your knowledge and skills. Most volunteers also find value in networking with peers from across the State as they work together to improve the banking industry in Maryland.
